2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation from our team.
- A partial or full deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the full balance due before the commencement of the tour.
- Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice, though prices for confirmed bookings will not be altered unless requested changes are made by the customer.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our general cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus standard administrative fees.
- Cancellations made within 14-29 days may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee depending on vendor policies.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour are generally non-refundable.
- Specific tours, peak season, or luxury bookings may have strict, non-refundable policies which will be outlined at the time of booking.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of baggage. Saffron Edge Global is not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or delays caused by third-party services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
6. Changes to Terms
Saffron Edge Global reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
